The garden centre with the massive indoor pond of Koi? Your dog must be well behaved, there's not a chance I'd let our dog anywhere near the inside of a garden centre haha.

Christmas decs up at the end of this week isn't quite as bad as I'd feared then lol. The baubles sounds a nice little tradition for you.

Great progress on the pay off too.

Re the savings I wouldn't really worry about that too much, that'll build quickly enough once you've paid the card off and as you say even now you aren't putting car maintenance on a credit card either.

That's the one. The dog is obsessed with the fish. He loves going shopping with us. It's great that more shops are dog friendly now.

Getting the dog to pick a bauble is hard work. He did eventually nudge one though!

Not a no spends day today. I had to pick some bread up this morning. A low spends day though.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. Breakfast was toast, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is a mixed grill using some bits and bobs up out of the freezer.

    Tonight's jobs are:
    • walking the dog
    • cleaning the kitchen
It is vile weather here again today. Really heavy rain but cold with it.

Your dog is brilliant. I wish I had a dog I’d dare take into a shop lol we’d be paying for the entire stock he’d wrecked ha.

We haven’t been up to that garden centre for a long time it’s quite a drive really but it is (was) better than our local ones imo.

    Weather no better here.

Your dog goes everywhere with you so he's well used to being in shops, pubs etc. My dog is ok in shops but not so good in pubs where they serve food. I think the smell of the food is too much for her 😆

    Balances are looking good.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

There are loads of shops he comes in with us. There are more and more high street shops becoming dog friendly.

Ours just loves all the fuss he gets from staff and customers.
