It's pay day and a busy day on the finances front.

£300 sent to Card 7, £200 sent to the savings account, £100 sent to Premium Bonds and somehow despite going on holiday and having a few spendy weekends we have had a £141 underspend this month so that has gone to the savings account as well.

Not a no spends day, we have been to fill the car up with diesel this morning. Fuel prices have dropped slightly again since we last filled up, but not as quickly as they should be doing.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores. Breakfast was cereals, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is burgers with air fried chips, onion rings and corn on the cob.

No jobs to do around the house tonight, we are having a Friday off. Tonight will be a few beers on the sofa watching a couple of films.

We are at home this weekend so we can have a bit of a lie in in the morning. Not that the dog will let it be a long one mind!

Yep. The next motorhome payment will take it under £30k at last.

It really does feel like we are starting to get somewhere with it.

Until the next disaster strikes of course  :D
