It's been a busy morning so far. First time I have had chance to sit down. Just making myself take a break and have some lunch.

After lunch I need to cut the grass, clean the kitchen, make a fish pie and not forget to go and pick the other half up from work. Hopefully when I get back from picking him up the van fridge freezer will be cold enough to load the food into.

It certainly has not felt like a day off 🤣🤣🤣

Just sat down with a beer.

Dog is now overly excited because he has just seen me taking out the chilled food so he thinks we are going out now. He will be a nuisance tonight now. He is currently sat at the patio doors whining because the other half has taken his drone out to the van and he thinks he might go without us 🙄

Couple of beers now, a film, curry which is smelling amazing in a short while and then off to bed for an early night.

  • If you’re able to, could you share your beef madras recipe for the slow cooker if you get a chance. I really love a good slow cooker curry!

    It's an easy one.

Chopped onion, garlic, ginger, chillies, turmeric, coriander, cumin, tomato puree, water and whatever meat you fancy lobbed in the slow cooker and left all day.
