Last day at work today for this week. I think I can make it!
Not a no spends day. I have been to the shop this morning to pick up a few bits for the long weekend. Mostly alcohol!
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be from stores though. Breakfast was crumpets, we have both taken our packed lunches to work and dinner tonight is salmon wellington with garlic and herb new potatoes and vegetables.
Tonight's jobs are:- load of washing which will hopefully be dry when we get home
- plugging in the van and turning on the fridge
- vacuuming the van
- bathing the dog
- walking the dog

Get you lot with your posh dinners! I confess while I love food like that, I can rarely be bothered with the faff of preparing it for a midweek meal. Come to that, as a rule I’d not really have the time, either. (Or rather, in truth, I wouldn’t want to lose that amount of my evening time to preparing it - allowing we often don’t get home on Monday - Thursday until 7pm anyway).🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

The washer dryer has let us down which is annoying. There were things we want to take away with us in there so they are now hung in the spare bathroom and I have turned the heating on to try and dry them before morning.
It has a mind of its own that machine. It has worked fine for a couple of months.
Had a nice walk with the dog after work.
He has been in the bath and is running a mock around the house drying himself now.
Time for a couple of beers before dinner now. Early night tonight I think. We have a lot of travelling to do tomorrow.2 -
