I felt awful yesterday. Symptoms started as soon as I had finished work. Had to abandon my shower mid shower as I felt so rough.

Struggling to regulate my body temperature and swinging from too hot to too cold.

I have one dead arm and the other arm has a really swollen arm pit gland which is really uncomfortable.

I didn't have a great sleep last night , had some weird dreams and kept waking up too hot or too cold or uncomfortable because I had rolled onto one arm or the other.

Not got much planned for today so hoping the side effects subside as the day progresses.

Got to take the dog to the groomers at 1pm. Think we are going for a nice walk before that.

Full English for breakfast and dinner tonight is butternut squash, spinach, feta and chilli pasta.

I've had the same 2 AZ plus Moderna booster. My arm is (i had the booster on Tuesday) slightly tender at the injection site, as well as light headache some of the time, which clears up after a coffee.

They did say to us (i have both children for vaccines in the last 6 weeks) was to drink plenty of fluids.

I hope your side effects clear quickly @RelievedSheff

Boo to the side effects. I was fine the next day, it seems to last about 24 hours.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
  • Sorry about the side effects RS.  Mine was just an aching  arm and as I had the flu at the same time I am not sure whether it was the flu or booster which caused that especially as nurse made my arm bleed so consequently I had a bruise the following day.  We had AZ for first 2 and Pfizer booster.

    Hope you feel better soon.

Been out for a decent walk with the dog and feel much better now. Still got swollen glands but definitely feel more alive and with it .

Just picked the dog up from the groomers. He is sulking in bed now. He hates going to the groomers.

Dinner is prepared ready to drop into the oven later. Going to have a couple of drinks and then I'm going to attempt a shower again. 😀

Glad to hear you’re feeling better mate. We’ve had no problems thankfully.

I genuinely can’t believe your dog has ‘little sh*thead’ on his harness though that’s !!!!!! hilarious, funniest thing I’ve seen all week lol.

He can be when he's in one of those moods. 🤣🤣🤣

Feeling a lot better this morning thank you. Looking forward to getting out for a long walk with the dog again today after breakfast.

Aiming for a no spends day today.

Breakfast and dinner will be from stores. Full English for breakfast to use some stuff up and then roast chicken with all the trimmings later on for dinner.

Only real plan for today is taking the dog for a long walk. We are going into Sheffield to walk in a few parks we have not been in for a long time. Think we will take a flask of coffee this time.
