Spare a thought for us living in older property @RelievedSheff I don’t think I’ve ever seen a £60/m utility bill.
@warby68 I’m not quite sure what you’re trying to say but I can assure you I’ve never tarmacked drives for a living lol. That said I have looked them up and there’s one with a Ferrari tucked underneath it is immense, I love it. Didn’t even know something like that existed tbh fml see stuff like that and I know I’ve got a !!!!!! long way to go.0 -

Safe travels @RelievedSheff
Ikwym about old houses never really getting warm in the same way modern ones do but you can’t beat watching a film with the fire going and a hot choc this time of year onwards. My wife could charge kids from school coming here for that in the winter lol.1 -

265 miles, which will be a good five hours drive, probably more with a stop or two to stretch our legs and give the dog a break.
We are just going to take it steady and share the driving.
We will definitely be ready for a beer when we get there

It’s a long way mate 100 you’ll be ready for a beer by the time you get there. Think you’re hopeful about 5 hours though more like 6.5/7 with lunch and coffee a couple of times unless one of you is jumping in the back of the van to put the kettle on. 😆Lot of idiots about on the roads today almost had a !!!!!! in a lorry take the side of EQC out and Mrs has had a learner nearly roll into the back of her in the Range get through today with the cars unscathed we’ll be doing ok fml.1
