The dogs are hilarious together - you should have had them both lol. In-laws dog is def not a pretty thing ha. Is the top photo the Dobbies Garden Centre just off Junction 30?
Newark is a weird town parts are rough as !!!!!! and there's a big traveller community too.2 -
The brothers are so cute - 2 peas in a pod
The other chap? Poor boy, he looks like he knows he's a bit of an ugly duckling. Is he a new rescue? I hope he can get some improvement with his coat and skin.
The little bit of 0% is a good start - hopefully more soon.0 -

Our dog is obsessed with fish!!
The two dogs were rescued from different places!!
Newark is an odd little town but we really do like it and it is a nice drive out from Dobbies cross country though the little villages. Not taking the van though!!1 -

He really needs all of his coat clipping/stripping out and starting again. But they need to get to the root of his skin conditions first.2 -

The money transfer has completed this morning so I have cleared the balance on Card 3 which had the highest interest rate and I have paid the remaining £1686 to Card 5. So new Card 6 now has a balance of £3120 which includes the 4% transfer fee.
Balances Update 09.08.21
Furniture Loan = £0
Debt 1 = £0
Credit Card 1 =£0
Credit Card 2 = £0
Credit Card 3 = £0
Credit Card 4 = £4921 (£60 repayment 0% interest)
Credit Card 5 = £6594 (£261 repayment 19% interest)Credit Card 6 = £3120 (£100 repayment 0% interest until August 2022)
Credit Card 7 = £0 (0% interest until November 2024)
HP Car Loan = £1923 (£251 repayment final payment February 2022)
HP Motorhome Loan = £22409 (£393 monthly payment final payment March 2026)Total Debt = £38967
We are still under the £39k mark just
I will close Card 3 account down when the payment has cleared in a couple of days. We certainly won't be needing that account anymore.
Fingers crossed we get some more 0% deals through shortly to get Cards 4 and 5 onto new 0% deals and start to bring those balances down more quickly.1 -

Several friends of ours have ponds full of koi and he is a nuisance with them when we go round.
He was the same at Matlock Bath the other week. The pub has a koi pond in the beer garden and he was watching them. Thankfully that had railings round it so he couldn't get in!
Dobbies is only just down the road from us. 15 minutes max drive if there is a bit of traffic.
They sell some nice stuff but it is expensive in there. Looking forward to our Christmas shopping trip there. They have some lovely decorations at Christmas time and we always end up buying some0 -
Great to hear the new card is up and running and still under £39k with the transfer fee.Ha we’ve got a garden pond planned in our garden plans along with tree house. My son still loves the fish but not as fascinated as he used to be - just likes them now and interested in the different types etc. My golden is such a !!!!!! idiot he’d probably try to swim with them rather than stalk them.I’ve not bought much from that garden centre tbh we’ve got much more local ones where we’ve had our furniture etc from so that dobbies place by you hasn’t had too much money out of me lol. Not been there Christmas time, my Mrs might have been though lol and needs no !!!!!! encouragement for buying Christmas decs etc. 😆1
