@RelievedSheff I don’t know if you think I was being sarcastic or something - I wasn’t. It was meant as you’re 2 payments in, balance reducing all the time.0

It was just the reminder that there are 48 months to go.
48 months to debt freedom (other than the mortgage). I'm holding you to that as well2 -
Glad it was taken in the way intended lol. 😊
Haha not sure I’m getting there in 48 months time now I’ve had a few setbacks tbf though you have made me think about running the figures again. When I’m on the debt clearing I don’t do too badly in terms of reducing it though tbf have to give some credit to my Mrs she’s the one doing the selling ha - is your plan to overpay the van to reach the 4 yr goal?

Hang on a minute. I have just realised I have moved the goal posts
58 months to go. Not 48!2 -
Ha it was you who first said 48 months mate. I thought I remembered your van was a 60 month deal.
Holding me to 58 months more realistic ha.1 -

It was nice and sunny this morning when I was hanging out the mats from the van to dry so I did a load of bedding as well which dried in no time on the line in the breeze.
Tried my luck and put in the bedding from the guest bedroom to freshen it up for our friends at the weekend and of course it started raining as soon as it went in the machine and has not stopped since. Have had to tumble dry that instead.
Wish the weather would make up it's mind.
Need to find one dry day in the week so that I can cut the grass.0
