I found a fiver in my wallet earlier that must've been there since April. I'm not one for showing off but I'm so rich I didn't even notice it was missing.

I once mislaid £600 and didn't realise I had lost it until I found it again. It's not because I am filthy rich, it's because I'm an idyat with a terrible memory.Think first of your goal, then make it happen!0

Apologies for being late to the partycoachman12 said:PS to the above-----I believe someone with user-name "mollycat" might also be involved in this little conspiracy of poison as he/ she posts Thank You on some short_bread ( as he is currently calling himself) posts.
Just read this a few days later than it was posted.
 So, for clarity.
Even though I enjoy a bit of financial orientated discussion, (but without the expertise to often contribute anything more helpful than the dozens of excellent, helpfull members already do), I have visited the forum a lot less recently.
Despite having been well educated, amused, walked through specific areas of uncertantity by those whom I appreciate as frendly "strangers", (often by PM), I am quite happy to miss out on all of the above, due to the presence of posters such as the one I have quoted above.
Patronising, belitteling of others, unnecessary boasting, cringeworthy attempts at ingratiating oneself with others, (for me) do not for good reading make.
The poster I have quoted has obviously noticed that (lazy sod as I am), rather than engage in debate about the (IMHO) nonsense they write, I simply do my best to try and thank anyone who calls it out in a suitable way. Doing so does not mean the thanked poster has any form of recommendation from myself. The suggestion that any kind of collusion has taken place between myself and someone who is critical of themselves, could be explained I suppose by a complete lack of self awarenes or insight. Alternatively, I suppose I could have joined the forum a decade plus previously, simply in order to await the all knowing @coachman12 's arrival and involve myself in conspiracy against him.
As a poster who generally behaves themselves on the forum, posts infrequently and has never joined any team baiting of others, I'd like to avoid my name being brought up in the way it was in the post I quoted.
TLDR; No conspiracy here, but If i want to pres the thanks button I will. Hopefully this keeps the thread suitably off topic

My apologies to mollycat for my part in her/his need to make her rare and telling post. I'm afraid that her thx button press, for someone never got any thx buttons and who is no longer on the Forums, formed a totally erroneous and silly conspiracy theory in my brainless head. Unreserved apologies.
And thank you for your apposite post which goes much further, I think, than merely chastising me.0

I thank you for this most considered feedback (all opinions are valued of course), and look forward to the next (at least) nine hundred and ninety nine more excellent posts from this erudite user.Username999 said:I just have to say it. Every post by coachman12 comes across as rather creepy.
