I waited for RAC as a lone female for 4 hrs! Is this acceptable?

So why did you bring it up?fred246 said:I don't think we need another full blown WASPI discussion. I am sure everything has been said before. We even had the chance to vote on it at the last election. Can't believe how Labour misjudged that so badly.0 -
What’s stupid about it? It’s a group explicitly calling for a sexist policy to continue as it benefits them.MalMonroe said:
Don't be absolutely stupid.fred246 said:Sounds like the WASPI women. We want equality except when inequality would be better for us and then we'll have inequality please.
The feeling expressed in your post is quite a common, and reasonable one. If a call for equality is made it’s reasonable to say that it should be across the board.2 -
How so? Decent turnout, and a clear result, with the party polling the most votes being returned to government, and the communist antisemite kicked to the gutter as he deserved.AdrianC said:

December's election was quite probably the lowest point for democracy in this country... ever. And it was so utterly predictable.3 -
You should look up how first past the post means that the party getting the most votes very rarely wins.John_ said:

This is veering into DT territory.2

If you are going to adopt such a patronising tone, it helps if you get your facts right. The party getting the most votes in the UK pretty much always wins.ontheroad1970 said:

The margin in seats is much greater than the margin in votes, but where do you possibly get the idea from that the party without the most votes rarely wins? Can you name how many times it’s happened in recent centuries, or were you just making it up as you fancied an argument?
Edited to add, I can see that you signed up just when a troll account was shut down, and have started off with trolling. Very poor.0 -
I dunno. You could say that because women are more likely to be harassed or worse by creeps it’s right for them to get a priority response vs a man to whom little will happen if he waits longer. The outcome is a safe driver and to ensure that the woman needs a speedier response? In a truly equal society feminism isn’t needed but we aren’t there yet by a country mile.2

And won’t ever get there while women keep playing the “I’m a poor, weak woman” card.Dr_Crypto said:I dunno. There was no suggestion in the OP that she was in a dangerous situation.0 -
Have you got any data to prove that women suffer more harassment when they break down?Dr_Crypto said:I dunno. I won't continue the debate here as it is isn't relevant to the topic.
That doesn't sound like trolling either. Does it?0
