Yes acknowledged on the 25th January. Thanks for your advice , I will email my defence statement this week and keep you updated once I recieve a response.

Yes 'for breach of the terms on the sign (the contract). Reason : unauthorised parking'

Hi all, I am now awaiting a court date. Yesterday I recieved a letter offering a reduced settlement figure, and today another letter requesting if I can send them a copy of my lease and also a copy of my disability badge as a number of the parking fines were issued in a disability bay - shall I send these? My mother is disabled and i often pick her up to take her to mine but cant remember if each ticket corresponds to when she visited. Just to note the disability bay is ever so faintly marked with symbol painted on the floor , there are no disability residents residing in the block of flats.  I have only just realised that my original thread title states cst however the company taking action are actually dcb legal!

How many PCNs are in the claim?

There are multiple, my partners claim is for 15 PCNs which they have issued proceedings for , we have sent the defence.

I also have 33 tickets which I have recieved the letter before claim for but still am awaiting the actual claim to come through, our defence will be identical.

Do we reply to dcb with the lease and proof of disability badge? Or would you recommend waiting for the courts instructions?

With that amount of money RESPOND NOW, of course, why would you wait around with that 4 figure threat at stake?

This will go to a Judge ultimately (it won't be discontinued without a hearing) so you want to look like the most reasonable person in reasonableland!

Hi all, I have now recieved the hearing date for January.  I have to submit a witness statement by end of this month. Been reading through other WS for ideas . Ive read @Coupon-mad has a template but cant seem to find this. Can you send me the link please
