Obviously that's not the transcript but it's there to be read, hosted by the Parking Prankster's site.  He also mentions PACE v Noor and Saeed v Plustrade which I believe are also linked there for you to read and understand.

Unloading is part of the daily activity of 'passing and repassing'  to gain access to and unload goods to your flat and is not parking.

I've just seen an amusing four figure court claim filed by CST Law re a MET multi-ticket case, where they have stupidly put the claimant as Debt Recovery Plus, haha!

Music to my ear hearing that they've cocked up the claims forms!

Since you live there, it is time to ask the MC or MA to see the contract and also to see the consultation and vote where 75% of the residents/owners/leaseholders agreed to the introduction of a PPC and not more than 10% disagreed.

There was never a consultation because the lease holders have never had any right over the car park - no rights were ever granted on our leases.
I spoke to an elderly resident today who also receives parking tickets and she said she was paying £100 a month for a permit when this was first introduced 13 years but apparently the landowners changed 8 years ago and wouldnt offer her a new one - she said shes been parking here for 30 years!

She has an easement by prescription. So might you, if residents have been doing this for over 20 years (it doesn't have to be you, it includes previous owners of your flat).  Google it.
