Can anyone tell me if now is the time to request from met parking proof that they have a contract with the actual landowners, not just the managing company who work on for this ghost landowner?
And when i sent the SAR to MET do i use a ultility bill or v5?
Im worried that the ultility bill may bring up a further 100 tickets under my name, v5 log book will only show the ones that CST are threatening action on. Dont want to bring another 10k to their attention. Some are coming up to the 6th year mark0 -

It's only at the Witness Statement stage (usually a couple of weeks prior to the hearing) are you likely to see any sight of that. Too early at this stage.Im worried that the ultility bill may bring up a further 100 tickets under my name,Jeez, you could be in a right mess here. So why would you need us to tell you to just use the V5C?Some are coming up to the 6th year markBeyond 6 years they are outside the court's purview. But you've potentially got a massive raft of cases on your plate, that those dropping off the pile at the 6 year point seem to be unlikely to make that much of a dent in it.Are all the tickets you have issued by MET Parking? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You can expect to stop to load or unload (shopping etc.) unless that is an area which completely prohibits vehicles.
I've just seen an amusing four figure court claim filed by CST Law re a MET multi-ticket case, where they have stupidly put the claimant as Debt Recovery Plus, haha!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
