They, as you have, make mistakes.

Here's a really unlucky Green Motion customer. £2,400 for a clutch which he and he alone burnt out then £400 for a windscreen on the replacement vehicle:

Although he successfully refused to pay. I wonder why GM didn’t try to charge his credit card for the £2,400.0

I’ve used numerous car hire companies in the UK and Europe (with no issues). Unfortunately I chose to use Green Motion (Lithuania) and was billed for €800 euros of damage (bonnet dent, door scratch). As everyone has said avoid.........I learnt my lesson although my insurance with AXA covered the cost......however still very unfair.0
