Quite likely, but of course no-one can predict the actions of the parking company.321p123 said:Just had a letter of claim asking me to complete a reply form and financial statement within 30 days, any advice is welcome thanks!
Does this mean it will go to court?
The first few lines of the second post of the NEWBIES thread tells you exactly how to respond to that letter.1 -
Oh come on, you are not giving a PPC a flipping financial statement! My goodness don’t start filling in reply forms! Read the forum better and don’t leave seven month gaps.Do I assume the PPC has now stopped writing to the company and has merely got a solicitor to send you a Letter of Claim, or LBC?This stage is fully covered in the NEWBIES thread. I think you need to go back to it and read about LBC stage as you appear to lurch from one stage to another without expecting it.This is normal and fully expected and does mean a court claim will follow. But that DOESN’T necessarily mean a court hearing will happen... read more threads! You need to be better informed than believing that you have to start filling in horrific and unsuitable ‘debt’ financial forms.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I don't believe you have confirmed whether the registered keeper transferred liability to the hirer/lessee, and that you are now being pursued as hirer/lessee. I hope this is the case, but only you know the facts.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

You are not meant to find the DPO of DCBLegal. You are not asking them for a SAR, just the DPO of the PPC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I emailed a couple email addresses at dcb legal requesting a hold of 30 days as seeking debt advice, not submitting a SAR.1

In that case you need to read and understand paragraphs 13 and 14 of the PoFA 2012, so you can explain how you as hirer/lessee cannot be held liable.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
