    Heya peeps the saga continues, even though I had a notice of discontinuance from bwlegal, I have now today just had a trial date sent in from the court !
    Is this normal and the ppc have just not informed the court yet?

    Contact the court (by email, attaching a copy of the notice you received) and ask them why a hearing has been scheduled given that the claimant has discontinued.

    I assume there was only 1 claim, and that this isn't about another claim?

    Thanks for the reply, yes it is the same claim that has been discontinued, ile send them an email.
