    Ah OK thanks, I sent a stand alone email n180 but will send all together again if I do not get a response to the n180 , ty so much for all the help

    I merely meant add it to the bundle.  That's why I said mention in 'the covering email' why it's included (the covering email for the bundle).

    Send your new DQ again with the other stuff, remembering to send a copy to the Claimant.

    OK thanks for all the advice so far peeps, after much messing around on my ancient laptop I have sent my documents to the local court, in regards to sending to the claimant by email, Is it best to hold off untill the deadline day?
