Thanks coupon, I have taken a look and added it into the WS, along with the 2 other small edits, and i will post it below.
This has to be submitted by march 22, and on 9th april i booked a holiday for kids for a week, Does anyone think its wise to call or email the court and let them know? as knowing my luck it will fall right on that date

Hey everyone, back for some quick advice, i have completed a WS, and have recieved a general form of judgment o r order from the court, the judge considers this suitable for mediation, and then asking for the written statements of evidence submitted by march 22nd.

As i say i had done a witness statement, but would love it to be glanced over, what is the best way to get it up here online ?

    Thanks you !!!!!
OK so just reminding everyone that this is an unusual case, without a hearing date yet.

Download another Directions Questionnaire like you submitted last year and put in the school holidays (all of them this year) plus any family celebration dates as the weeks when you are unavailable for a hearing.

Mention in your covering email why you are attaching a fresh N180, to avoid date clashes and assist the court to set a suitable hearing date.

To the hearing court. Once a case is transferred from the CCBC that's the end of their involvement.

You are attaching it with your WS bundle so it goes to the local court & solicitors, as that bundle must.  Nothing has changed.  I simply advised to add a form into the bundle and explain why it's there.
