Need bread and milk no idea what's for tea. I need to post some parcels anyway. Will do a fridge shuffle to see what we need to use up. I have freed up a whole freezer drawer and maybe a fridge shelf. Pantry cupboards are going down. Don't know what I'm going to do with the old potatoes I have maybe I will mash them with butter, cream and freeze now I have the space.

£29.50 Morries delivery, I manage my friends Morrie account for her, she had £10 in vouchers accumulated, so I requested the money, got it as an online shop, grrrh, amended settings now, emailed to request they be loaded to her card, reply was "we are busy feeding the nation" no emails, so I have spent the money on meat 3 x 3 for £9 plus delivery charge, and will give her £10Do I need it or just want it.4

Shop done (local) sugar, milk, bread TR's, YS yogurt so a total of £5.32 so £7 odd left (will work out later)
Spag bol for OH, me still no idea!! might do the mash and have cheese and beans with.
Counted how many meals in freezer so we are OK to Saturday again - by Saturday we are going to have used up most of the food which is good. Then bar some pantry essentials and some freezer chips, waffles, potatoes we can start again. Trying not to go into panic mode 😂 and going to hold off until October to start my Xmas addition shopping which will give me 12/13 shops to sort that.
Hope everyone doing well.

Morning all
Well granddaughter has been here for a few days so extra spent on food. So far this month (Aug 25th to Sept 21st) we have already spent £290. So its going to be over £300 but not much, only things we will need to buy is veg, fruit, bread and milk. So fingers crossed,, I am cross with myself because I done monthly food shop and as normal brought stuff for lunch boxes, forgetting my 2 service users were in respite for 5 days!! So waste of food as it was in the fridge!! If I froze it then would of been OK......Lesson learnt..... that's it from me..Mortgage free September 2021. Narrowboat brought October 2021

About to blow my remaining budget for the week, will get extra milk, deodorant and kitchen foil. Am armed with a list as only £7.62 to stay on budget.
Steak mince burgers out the freezer for tea with HM chips. I do not think we will ever eat the chip, waffles and Jacket potato (who knew these where pre-frozen) but these have been plus ones buys. Looking slim in freezer so all good.

Arghhhh. I just seem to be leaking money this month. £52.59 (out of £162) spent so far and it is all on "top up" (I need to pop in for X or Y = spending 4 times this) type shops. Absolutely zilch on big shops so far!I want to do the £5 off a £25 spend in L!dl app thing so need to keep spends on the "top up" shops down. Just because the person I sometimes get a lift part of the way home with is popping into the big T3sc0 instead of dropping me at the usual spot doesn't mean I need to go in too and spend an unplanned £10.83!Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

Went to Lid! this morning as wanted to use a couple of this week's app coupons and stock up on some frozen goods Spent £19.75 but really disappointed, they never seem to have any budget or FR 15 egg cartons when I go. Tried another branch, same thing. Ended up in Morries and spent £1.80 on eggs.
£21.55 spent, £43.44 left.
