Think carefully , because people are too fast and loose with personal data , like having your name , pictures and date of birth showing on social media. It's too easy to track people as it is !!! Lol
I wouldn't even use my pink drivers licence , never mind any photo I D
Rant over
Use a copy of the letter you posted for a start , and a redacted copy of a bank statement or water bill or TV licence or whatever2 -

Are you OK to give my SAR request a quick read?1 -
Don't start a formal business letter with "Hello". Use Dear Sir/Madam and finish it with yours faithfully. You submit a SAR rather than request it, as SAR means Subject Access Request, so you don;t request a request! Your SAR goes to the DPO of the PPC, whilst your demand/request to cease processing for 30 days "due to the fact that, whilst you deny any debt exists, you are seeking debt advice" this goes to the parking company general e-mail address.3

So I have now sent the SAR to the DPO of the PPC, now I am going to send the SAR update to CST.1 -
Probably a small win ... but is there any case / argument for an Abuse of Process case at this stage? Given the last letter I received advised that I have until the 3rd of September to respond ... however they have already sent an LBC at least a week prior to this?0

No. None. There is no process they can currently Abuse right now. AoP is once the court claim process has started, whcih is when they file a claim.2

List of all PCNs that are claimed to be outstanding against me or **** ***Is **** *** a different person? If so, you can't ask for any data personal to them? Can you clarify please? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Jeez no!
You should ask CST Law to:
(a) explain why APCOA are processing your keeper data to pursue you, even though there is no keeper liability possible in this case; and
(b) explain the bit at the end about £255 and also the £55 added to each and every parking charge, and
(c) what that is for, given that Debt Recovery Plus operate on a no-recovery, no fee basis and given that parking charges on private land MUST already include all costs.
NB: You are asking those questions to help you later on, in court (if APCOA try), not because their answers will mean anything so DON'T reply showing us their stupid answer to that, and panicking that they've justified it by pointing to the BPA CoP, please...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So APCOA have emailed me with results for the SAR. Problem is, all of the ZIP files that they have shared seem to be corrupt or empty. See below:
The only email of any use is the generic SAR response form which states the following regarding debt:
Debt:
Data is transferred to our debt management provider via our SFTP Server with dedicated user credentials and with data encrypted in transit.
And the following re CCTV wich I found to be interesting, although this may be standard. See below:
CCTV:
CCTV footage at this location is erased after 30 days therefore the request is no longer available.
So besides requesting ZIP files that are not corrupt or empty, would there be anything else to revert back with at this point, do you think?
