Green network energy are sticking to their are principles of charging me for the same units twice I have asked to speak to a senior manager but that's been ignored I think I will need to involve the ombudsman to avoid paying for the same units twice
Have you followed their complaints procedure?
If so & getting nowhere write a real letter headed "Complaint" laying out your workings and evidence to them
Sit back & wait and then if not satisfied you can go to Ombudsman

Yes it's an official complaint with a reference number so it looks like I'll have to wait a few weeks and get the ombudsman

Result!! She spoke to her senior manager and offered me £25 credit to cover the units. Shame she couldn't have sorted this without me making a formal complaint.

I suspect it's the formal complaint that triggers the result required
It costs them very much more to review & follow up with Ombudsman than it does to do what they should've done it the first place
