The thing that jumps out to me is you don't have a dining table in your living room, which suggests there isn't room for one. It may be that you've gone for a huge sofa instead, but with the wide angle lenses it's hard to tell whether it's large (in which case there may be room) or just distorted (in which case there may be nowhere to put one).0

Nothing wrong with the photos. However having a dining table with a desktop screen in the middle in a bedroom whilst having no dining area elsewhere in the apartment is definitely a niche choice.1

Don`t get caught in the photos/dining table/not enough light etc.etc. loop, it is the price that is the main issue.1

Have you ever considered of moving to LA and becoming an agent for the Oppenheim group?Crashy_Time said:10k reduction won`t sell it IMO.2 -
They are trying to create bubbles, not pop them, it is just basic psychology, if xyz celebrity is a daftie with their money and you follow celebrities like a sheep following it`s master then you too should be spending big on the new-build celebrity box in your town!Snooks2 said:

I thought that the majority of estate agents only let you view if you’re ready to move (I.e under offer). Hope it works out well soon for you though.MEY010621 said:I have no idea if price is right for the area; you’d pay £150k for that where I live. My house has been on the market 3 weeks today. We had 3 viewings and an offer in the first week (too low), 3 viewings and someone who wants to buy it in the second week (she’s waiting to sell hers) and one viewing this week but she’s really flaky so not expecting anything from her. Had 3 cancelled viewings. We have had nothing booked in for a week now and no more viewings on the cards and this is in an area that people want to buy in. My house is up for £205k but nothing in my area up to £240k has sold since the recession was announced and nothing new has come on the market either. Also, a few properties that sold in the July boom are re-appearing on RM. I think the market has slowed right down and there’s barely anyone looking. It’s going to be a game of patience and waiting and hopefully things will pick back up in September.0 -
Two weeks really is no time on the market at all you really need to be a bit more patient.
The flat is beautifully presented so your problem doesn't lie there. I just don't think the market is there for flats at the moment. During lock down people really took note and took stock of what is important for them. People appreciated their own private outside space.
I'm sure there will be a buyer out there for your flat you just have to find them and I do think that you will need to lower your price to find them.0 -
The celebrities are on the telly, not in the actual town.j_plague23 said:Googling celebrities near wallington..0 -
Its a fair price for the area, unfortunately I think at the moment the interest is on houses with gardens rather than flats, I've seen a number of flats that just aren't shifting. I did a quick RM search and there are quite a few flats in the area including new builds which means people will be able to use HTB so that probably isn't helping.
Lovely flat by the way, photos are good too. I think its a case of being patient and see what happens, good luck with it all.1
