having a read, as Gladstones have quoted 30 days they would be following PAP 2017, however the amount has now increased by £60, which would enter abuse of process looking at the post presented. Would the request be sent to HX asking On what Legal Authority do they have to add £60 or Gladstones?

actually, reading up on multiple posts provided, the query regarding the £60 should form part of the defence why it should be struck out, if were to challenge this at this point - the claimant would most likely change the amount to the original amount?
