    If you read the newbies you will not need to guess.  Guessing is not recommended in these matters, these people ruin lives.

    Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA :D

    LBC received, SAR request being drafted and email / letter to Gladstones advising of SAR request to HX car park management.

    Subject access request ( Data Protection Act 2018 / General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) )

    Please supply the data about me that I am entitled to under data protection law relating to myself.

    If you need any more data from me to confirm my identity, please let me know as soon as possible. It may be helpful for you to know that data protection law requires you to respond to a request for data within one calendar month.

    Please provide:

    ·       All photos taken.

    ·       All letters/emails sent and received, including any appeal correspondence earlier.

    ·       All data held, a full copy of any parking charge notices and notice to keepers.

    ·       A list of all Parking charge notices outstanding against myself or vehicles or vehicle registration numbers.

    actually, reading up on multiple posts provided, the query regarding the £60 should form part of the defence why it should be struck out, if were to challenge this at this point - the claimant would most likely change the amount to the original amount?
