One of the conditions of the IAS is that you agree to be binded by the final decision which is concerning as it’s stating that you do not have legal recourse to take your day in court, or am I misreading this?0

Isn't that for their £15 extra special appeal service?PCN_BoBeB said:One of the conditions of the IAS is that you agree to be binded by the final decision which is concerning as it’s stating that you do not have legal recourse to take your day in court, or am I misreading this?
You definitely do not want to pay for the privilege of appealing and then be bound by their refusal decision.
That's crazy.4 -
LOL, adjudicators only find in favour of the public 5% of the time, so you are likely to lose, so be ready! Doing IAS is purely in the hope the PPC will duck out, or as useful evidence for your later court hearing that you tried to appeal but the IAS is a kangaroo court.PCN_BoBeB said:
Has IAS ever failed to uphold an appeal when this has been used as a defence - some of the esteemed members of this forum indicate that IAS is a waste of time and it can halm your chances if you do appeal via IASnosferatu1001 said:Yes, it is exactly that. So the appeal to the IAS starts with thsi must be upheld...
Both are good reasons to try.
BUT NEVER EVER EVER TRY THE £15 NON-STANDARD (BINDING) VERSION!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I decided not to appeal to the kangaroo court.
I’ve obviously now received the last and final warning “demand”
assuming now it’s a case of ignoring until it gives to court?
