The yellow redactions are by me to protect the land owner.
Why?  Is he being helpful in getting the charge cancelled?

There's nothing about displaying a permit being required, only 'being a permit holder' and parking in a bay.  What's the allegation?

Even though the proprietor 'signed' the contract on 22/06/18, UKCPM did not sign it until 21/12/18 - 6 months later, and after the dissolution of the proprietor. Wonder why and why the delay?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • The reason for the delay is unknown to me but I'm hoping it plays to my advantage. However the contract does mention Omnia Offices Ltd which is still active. Does C/O stand for "Care of" in this case?
@Coupon-mad The allegation is that I did not display a valid permit and apparently unauthorised parking even though the parking spot belongs to my employer.

Like I said, the landowner agreement (such as it is) doesn't say permits have to be displayed.  Were you a permit holder?

Same old stuff.  Already dealt with in the example witness statement in the NEWBIES.

It's an office car park leased to different employers. I was parked in an allocated bay belonging to my employer so I was permitted to use the car parking bay. This was confirmed by my employer to UKCPM by way of a letter that they received but didn't bother to reply to.

That did not answer the question, which requires a YES or a NO.
