There's nothing about displaying a permit being required, only 'being a permit holder' and parking in a bay. What's the allegation?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Even though the proprietor 'signed' the contract on 22/06/18, UKCPM did not sign it until 21/12/18 - 6 months later, and after the dissolution of the proprietor. Wonder why and why the delay?Castle said:Omnia Trinity Ltd was dissolved in July 2018:-

The reason for the delay is unknown to me but I'm hoping it plays to my advantage. However the contract does mention Omnia Offices Ltd which is still active. Does C/O stand for "Care of" in this case?
@Coupon-mad The allegation is that I did not display a valid permit and apparently unauthorised parking even though the parking spot belongs to my employer.

It's an office car park leased to different employers. I was parked in an allocated bay belonging to my employer so I was permitted to use the car parking bay.
