Thank you for this post. Gladstone have advised me of a CCJ for a car parking fine back in February. I disputed this and Gladstone advised their client had withdrawn their instruction and the case had been closed. Then I receive their letter!
So stressful!2 -

Hi all,
The long silence is due to waiting for the official order to arrive by post. It just arrived this morning and I can confirm that the court orders the claimant to pay my cost of £255. So i won't be out of pocket and I don't have to wait to recover my cost at the point at which I fight the original PCN charge.
All that I'm waiting for now is for the new claims papers6 -
As they're already 255 down, plus the filing fee, I can see them discontinuing.4
