Not many regulars accept PMs. If you have a copy of a contract relevant to your case, then post it here. UNLESS it contains YOUR personal data, post it unredacted.I married my cousin. That's not as helpful as it might be.
You have redacted all the useful stuff. Who are you trying to protect?1 -
Am I correct in saying that a contract is not enforceable until both sides have signed the contract? If so then I plan on arguing that the contract between the private land owner and the PPC wasn't signed by both sides until Dec 2018. Therefore the June 2018 PCN is not valid.I see what you mean.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The defence points, whilst valid, need to be written in the third person, whereby "I" becomes "the defendant".1

I think, from previous UKCPM contracts that the 'signatures' are nothing more than the printed names of the 'signatories'. In addition there are no job titles/positions shown against either. That's not a contract! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

What does everyone think in regards to the unenforceable contract defence?0 -
The yellow redactions are by me to protect the land owner. Why? Is he being helpful in getting the charge cancelled? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Why protect the landowner?
you were to,d not to redact anything unless it was your data. There's a really sensible reason we do that.1
