Please not by pm.  If I knew how to block pm's I would but the new forum stumped me.  I used to block them.

Anything you want looked at, especially urgent stuff, goes on the forum for all eyes.

    Hello Coupon-mad, nosferatu1001
I completely understand.  I've phoned the Courts this morning and have just emailed asking for an extension.  Attached is my redacted WS.  I really really appreciate all the help this Forum has given me, especially Coupon mad.  I welcome any advice at all on how to improve this.

Do you understand that there is a fee payable for that Application?

You have already been given the best guidance -- file your WS pdq.

You will not get an extension simply by emailing
You have one option: file your WS ASAP. Anything else you risk losing. No ifs or butss. Lost. No appeal.

    Hello,
I received ParkingEye's WS on which they'll rely on in Court.  I've attached here a copy of the "Contract" and would really really appreciate any help from the regulars in looking at this to see if there's anything I can say about it in Court.  Thanks to everyone whose helped me with this.  Also, just to clarify the Judge has requested that our case be heard in Court and even in these Covid Tier 5 times, we're really fortunate its scheduled for the Court instead of over telephone.  Thanks again.

Well that's a waste of paper!  So much redaction, I think  a judge would throw it out.  It doesn't appear to have been signed in accordance with the companies act.
