Thanks RedX for your post.  I will keep reading, especially the Court threads.  I'm also putting everything together for the WS, but also thought I'd write to the Trust - still not heard back from ICO with their report.  Also will write to MP, to BPA - just to let them all know I'm being taken to Court on non-compliant BPA signs (where text was half the size it should have been), so had no chance of reading.   Thanks again RedX

That's the ticket , keep on top of everything , because too many people come back near the court date and have missed months if changes and updates etc, they get caught out by time and little or no preparation , usually they have forgotten what they knew or found out , have unfinished business and expect the regulars here to dig them out

It's the old p p p p p p idea , one of those is Preparation 😁

Hi everyone, 
Just wondering if anyone might be able to say, as I've missed the deadline for sending the County court my WS, (by not that long, but still over), due to family emergency over last few days, is there anything I can do?  Sorry

yep, me too , I am sick of seeing stuff going in late or not at all by people who cannot add dates to the calendar app on their phones or meet deadlines, plus not keep reading and researching in the long gaps in between , then expect to be spoon fed just before the hearing (especially when its a foe like Parking Eye)

Hello Redx and Umkomaas,
I'm really sorry I've not sent this WS sooner.  We have had a crisis this week-end which has stretched over into today and I did fully intend to take this and drop it in at the Courts.  I was at this WS very late last night and its been extremely complicated and hard to put together.  I tried to email it earlier when RedX said to but the file was too large.  I've now gone back to it and am definitely going to email it tonight in 2 parts.  I haven't received ParkingEye's Evidence yet so should get mine in to the Courts before I've received their evidence.  My sincere apologies again, I have been reading everything on the Forums and now know many of the threads and I do appreciate all your help and advice - as would have given up long ago without all your help.  I'll get back to it and was feeling like giving up.  If necessary I can provide to the Judge evidence of our crisis.

I have been working on the WP for this long.  Its ridiculous, how I've kept going back to the drawing board.  But, yes, I have been reading and putting everything together.  We have had a genuine crisis though.  My apologies again.

Just crack on and get the WS and evidence emailed to the court and claimant tomorrow. 

Do you not want us to look at it first in the morning?  Have you based it in the linked one in the NEWBIES thread, we hope?
