ParkingEye/Hospital Carpark - County Court Claim defence

Thanks Redx for your post. I just wondered if once the Contract has been signed back in April 2017 to cover an initial 12 month contract from "Go Live" date which was in November 2017, that would take the Contract up to November 2018. I assumed there would have to be an official signed agreement in place dated after November 2018, setting out an agreed formal extension, but perhaps not? Thanks anyway for posting back to me.0

What you say maks sense, the PPC has to prove that the contract has been extended. Have you complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

Thanks D P Dance for your post above from a few days ago. Sorry, I've realised I got completely side-tracked when something came up and didn't post back to say I was writing to my MP, which I still am in the process of doing. I'm trying to keep the letter simple, but that's not so easy. It does look like a Contract could possibly not have been in place in June 2019, but I suppose I'd know this for sure once I get taken to Court when the Judge asks for it.1

Or when they provide their evidence and WS to the court and to you , the defendant
They cannot just ambush you in court2 -
Hi. I've received the Directions Questionnaire and have filled it out. I've got a PDF copy to email back to CCBC but was wondering if I could email ParkingEye with their copy or do I have to send this through the post to their address shown on the Claim Form. Can anyone let me know - I've tried looking through all posts, but couldn't find one answering this about emailing ParkingEye
Thanks,0 -
If PE have previously been in contact with you by e-mail, I would say it is OK for your to use the same medium. If worried, send by e-mail and post with a free certificate of posting from a post office counter. This address has been posted before on the forum: -

enforcement@parkingeye.co.uk might be a better email address for that.

Hello
I sent off the Directions questionnaire and the next day received ParkingEye's Directions questionnaire. My case has now been transferred to the County Court (Manchester) so I've read somewhere it usually takes about 20 weeks from here to get to Court, but I suppose I'll hear soon enough about a definite date. ParkingEye didn't tick the box for Mediation which didn't make any difference anyway as I didn't want that anyway, but I wondered if that was the norm. Thanks everyone for all your help so far - it's daunting being taken to Court !0 -
Correct , it is daunting , I have never been at all ! But I do the research as can you
