CAB . Disagree with my letter . Because they failed to support to me because of my learning disabilities and I get tell they in 2019 when I move in I can't afford to pay . On a pay monthly metre . But they failed to give me any help . And for take a long time to put a pay-as-you-go meter in for . CAB think the debt should be wiped off my account . . I do the right think my tell them in the first place I can't pay and they do nothing for me1

You appear to be getting very poor support from both your Social Worker and CAB.
I think the only way forward is a letter of COMPLAINT but, with respect, you are not the person to write it. Have you a family member or a good friend who could do it for you.?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
Many people don't have an allocated social worker. The mention of support may be support workers going in for specific reasons. OP doesn't seem to have an appointee so would appear to be considered able to manage their own finances, with some help with the reading side of things.
So if CAB are saying the letter is wrong, did they give any advice or support about where to go from here?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
They have do a complete for me on my behalf . . If you like I can share acopy of the complete they do fo me0

If CAB have sent that letter on your behalf, help2020, then SSE will presumably reply to CAB, who will in turn contact you. Is that what you are expecting?Suppliers normally need some authorisation from the account holder to allow third parties to discuss account details, so it might be that SSE contact you directly asking for that. I really don't know how they will react given the circumstances explained in the letter. However, it does look as if CAB are taking it seriously on your behalf, so they will hopefully sort it out for you. They should also be able to advise in switching suppier or at least to a cheaper tariff, to keep things manageable for you.Good luck.
