No, you can't do that online AFAIK. Do you have your confirmation emails still? Mind you, as long as you send the stuff back you won't be charged for it. I've had one set of top and boarders for my daighter delivered three times so far. :rolleyes: Two have gone straight back, so it's keeping my courier happy if nothing else!!

I thought returns were £2.50... I dont know why they keep sending me the same stuff, I have 3 pairs of trousers in the same size for my daughter. Im going to return them back to the shop they must think Im mad.

I went to a next clearance store today and it was rubbish as lots of odd items, the sizes were a mess and nothing appeared to be near to each other so you had to really search through everything.. dont normally mind but it was too messy.. i dont think that any of the store stuff had gone in to our clearance as yet though.

I got first bit of my phone order today, ordered a few days ago.

i got 1 item today that i ordered yesterday, was very quick, pity that they are maternity pants. it didn't say that on the listing!! grrrr

hahah yes i ordered 2 tops to only find out they were maternity! they model in the pics didnt look pregnant i thought!

well i rang them to complain and they said just to take them back to store for a refund.

I never went to bed on 26th lol we drove home late from our holiday at Butlins Skegness so that I could go to the sale, was outside my store at 3.50am and was 2nd in the queue, by the time the door open at 5am there was at least 150 people, I got tons of items, dinosaur bits for my sons bedroom and a great superking duvet down from £60 to £20, clothes for Oh and the kids, well worth it, didnt bother online this year for one reason - I was away and had no internet access rofl.

LOL - now thats dedication! driving home early for the sale

I've never been to an instore sale but i think id walk in and look blank as i wouldnt know whether to go for kids, mine or DH's clothes first...kids would win but too much choice, lol!

Do they sort clothing in to sizes in the main store sales? i might try it next time.

I did my sale order on line yesterday morning and got most of the things I wanted. One item was waiting in our porch when I got up this morning! Went to Next store today in Bolton town centre and it was rubbish! Nice surprise when I got home though, new Directory had arrived.
