Got about half of my order about an hour ago, including my signature sequin prom dress reduced from £100 to £30!! Im so happy, can't wait for the rest to arrive!

Yay, a lot of my stuff arrived - ordered late on Saturday night. Been charged full price for it all though.... Boo.... Did not notice that the pice had all changed until I had confirmed the order. I called into CS the next day and they told me that they had 'website problems' and to call back when I had decided what I wanted and they would change the prices for me. However, it has all been tried on and is sitting in bags until I get confirmation that it has all been charged at sale prices otherwise every single piece is going back!!

Got all mine today, well about half I think, some says delayed so whether it will turn up or not is anyones guess. I used Quickshop and was a little nervous that I would be charged full price but the despatch notes are all sale prices so thats all good.

Really pleased with everything I have received and I don't think anything is going back (eek!) apart from maybe two pairs of shoes that I really love but are slightly too small and the next size up would have been huge, darn it.

quite a bit of my next vip stuff came today although im sending a fair bit back as its not exactly how i thought it would look.

If something is sold out online will it be sold out if I ring up as well?

I only wanted an Oak mirror and its sold out!

It's worth a try. Something I want is showing as out of stock online but is available when I phoned. Unfortunately I have a cash account rather than a directory account and they won't accept my order until tomorrow

i thought the next online sale was very disapointing, but i had to wait until today to shop, i spent 23 pounds and it isnt really worth it, all the bargains are taken by the vip's i guess.

I only managed to get 4 items out of the 32 i had wanted. Hubby had a telephone slot on Saturday evening. They arrived today & was charged full price. He called up & they said they will sort it out & we'd get them at sale price. 1 item hasn't arrived so we were told to keep an eye on the price of that cos they couldn't change the price of that item as it hadn't been delivered yet but would do when it arrives & we call up.

I cannot beleive the madness I have witnessed this morning, but at least I know now what madness the NEXT sale is. Got home just in time to call and place my sale order so not to bad, at least I can get a few bits.

Gonna head off to the smaller store by me tomorrow sometime and see what if anything they have. Anyone know when stores start taking returns again, this might be the best time to go me thinks.

Well I've spent most of the day trolling through everything on the Next sale site as I found the "Search options" gave the most weird results. All I found were a couple of pairs of trainers for my son but not prepared to pay the P&P costs for 2 items so didnt order them. Got loads last year even though I wasnt a VIP then either. Cr&p this year. Very disappointed.
