You would expect the PM in charge has declared whether they have to be on site or not to get these sorted. So most likely for a change this size they’ll be on siteborn_again said:
Don't bank on it. Remote working is making life hell with major changes like this.jackjones01 said:
Hopefully they won’t drag it out as long as Santander have 😂Zellah said:They told me last week that they're planning to start issuing debit Mastercards in April 2021.
Banks need to ensure that the new systems are working as they should before any general public release after the issues of 2020.0 -
From talking to FD staff I know. The only people allowed on site are Security & mailroom staff. No one else is allowed access. All the back office & change staff have been working from home since Jan 2020 & front line since Feb/March 2020.adamp87 said:

No plans in place for any return to office in the near future. Staff were asked on what they wanted to do and well over 75% voted to work from home full time. Anything that can not be sorted off site will wait.
Bean counters will be rubbing their hands as they can dispose of one of the buildings & save a fortune in the process
Lets face it the change to Mastercard was one of Joe Gordons 30 things to do in FD's 30 years. Then he up and left...Life in the slow lane3 -
you’ll be surprised what can be done over teams 😂born_again said:

A couple of questions:
1 - are they now printing the account details and card number on the back of the card?
2 - are they going to send everyone new Mastercard debit cards soon? I only received my new FD Visa debit card in December and it doesn't expire for another 5 years. Will I get a Mastercard before then, or will I only get it when my Visa expires?0 -
That Mastercard logo really doesn't suit the rest of the card design.Hazzanet said:
