    "Advice Needed"

    Then OP rejects advice   :(
No most of the advice has been great and have given thanks to those. I will implement the advice when I get more time over the weekend. However, some people are just giving straight-up terrible advice, like showing me 128k mile zetec focuses and telling me my car is worth around the same.... smh
Having seen everything - what do you now think your car is worth?

Agreed it wasnt a great post showing zetecs, but most people buying cars of that age prob arent bothered wether its a zetec or a titanium and as for the mileage yours is to low for a diesel, which thrive on higher mileages

The price indicator is off because I paid for the ultimate package and its turned off not because it out of their expected price range. Haven't heard anything more ridiculous. Also if you cant prove that a 3k focus exists with 95k miles then im afraid as far as im concerned your lying.

Google Ford ETIS. I know more about your car than you may realise.  Build date 5/01/2012 registered 31/1/2012
Hill launch, stop-start, mini limited service spare, standard supsension, VIN and engine number etc etc..

I can see the full build spec.

You think I'm bad, imagine how you come across trying to shift a mk3 focus thats gonna become nearly unusable in your area.

This is the WBAC valuation for your area.  What does Parkers say?

I actually quite like the OP's car and see that the advert has been revised in some parts since this thread began, so phrases like “very rare” and “no expense spared” have gone and the price has moved from £5.5k to £4.8k.

I still think there is a lot of “sales patter” in the advert and this is detracting from the points that need to be got across.  There are also some conflicting statements (2 previous owners then 3 owners – I know that means 2 before the current so 3 including current, but not everyone will).

Of the listed ‘features’ the 18” alloys are listed first.  For most buyers of this type of car, what wheels it has are probably not important deciding factor.  Some buyers may see that the “bling” wheels being the first item listed means that the wheels are important to the OP and therefore suggest the car has been “thrashed”.  I might wonder whether the wheels are original or after-market modifications (affecting insurance) and whether the large wheels affect fuel economy and / or ride – I would probably prefer standard 16” wheels.  That is, of course, my opinion and not shared by everyone.

Some other things that would put me off are the relatively short MOT, high number of previous owners and “part service history” whatever that means.

Unlike other responses in the thread, I would not bother refurbing the scuffed alloys or the number plates.  Buyers of older cars expect some wear-and-tear.

The listing needs to bring to the main entry the equipment that the car has as most people will not click for the equipment listing.  Also, on an older car, items such as “driver assistance pack” do not mean much, partly because buyers will be more flexible and partly because the contents of these packs changes over time.  A buyer for a year old Focus may well specifically search for a car with the “driver assistance pack” and know exactly what they get for that.  Unlikely to be the case for the buyer of an 8-year olf family hatchback.

Finally, you get to the price.  If I was looking for a £5k family hatchback, I would favour the following over yours:

Personally, if you are going to draw attention to a feature, that feature meeds to sell the car.  I wouldn't draw special attention to the bigger wheels  without them being in much better condition than they are.
