Searching for a 2012 Focus they start just under £3000, is your car really worth an extra £2000?
Part service history to me says move on. Its just not worth what your asking.

For £500 less you can get one from a dealer with a warranty with a full Ford service history and paperwork/receipts,
    slightly more miles but neglible.

You are literally talking out your !!!!!!. The trade in price is £3800 show me the £3000 focus its probably done a billion miles. Theres write off cars going for £4k

I think you've just managed to prevent getting any more help.  Enjoy your "excellent, cheap to run" Focus.

We buy any car says £3300 - so that’s about a trade in price - i would say advertise for £4250 and take £4k.

And yet I have a car thats newer than yours, better equipped, Full Ford service history with receipts.  1 owner (I am the 2nd) so even rarer?
Purchased in Nov 2018 for £3k. I am not scared of cars with 100k - 125k miles with a proper service history.  Your 3 owners and
lack of a decent service history put me off right away.

So you have a trade price of £3800 and you think its worth £5k ?    Is a billion miles 30k miles more than yours?  £3800 sounds like
    a good price.

Ok then show me a focus with 95k miles same model as mine for £3k. Then you'll realise what i meant by a "billion" miles.
