I can't see what's wrong with the wheels (but I haven't looked to closely)
They're quite badly kerbed. And since they're being waved around as a selling point...

Quite why going from /55 16" or /50 17" to optional /40 18" is deemed desirable is another question... Worse ride, more vulnerable to pothole and kerb wheel damage, more expensive tyres... It's a mildly scruffy lease-spec-white diesel Focus in London, so we can rule out cosmetics and driving pleasure...
The use of "very rare" in the advert just grates
    Especially on a diesel Focus.

When they extend the ULEZ, a Euro 5 Focus diesel will be rare around London!

I wouldn't bother with tarting up the cosmetics, throwing £300+ at it won't get it shifted and you'll not see it back in the asking price.
Just remove the reference to the wheels and price it more realistically.

It's a Euro5 diesel. You're in London. In a year's time, it will not be usable inside the circulars, just 3.5 miles from your apparent location.

I presume this is the reason you're selling it... Has it occurred this might also be the reason nobody in your area wants to buy it?

All that apart, tell me why I would buy your 61-plate, 63k mile, 5mo MOT car privately for £5.3k, when I can get a year-newer same-spec car with 17k fewer miles from a trader with six months more MOT, and get
That has 4k less miles not 17k and no parking sensors for £300 cheaper.

So why would someone still pay more for yours when they can have another newer car for cheaper ?

If you’re only wanting to defend how amazing your car is / and not prepared to listen to the feedback you’ve asked for - then it’ll be sitting outside your house for a very long time. Maybe keep it for 20 years and it’ll become a rarity - and then go up in value like the xr3i from the 80’s. But for now - it’s not worth what you’re asking in it’s current condition. Revise the wording to take out the guff - either tart it up and drop the price a bit - or don’t tart it up and drop the price more. Keep it as it is and it’s going nowhere.

I appreciate the feedback what would you consider a fair price?

The Autotrader website itself has a valuation tool where you can punch in your numbers and it spits out a price.

In this case - £4,460. About a thousand off your original price as others have said. Although local factors like how easily the car can be used in London might make yours more difficult to shift.
  • The low profile tyres would put me off. I never understood the craze for large wheels with low profile tyres; it just makes for a harsh uncomfortable ride, especially over potholes. I know low profile is supposed to improve handling, but at public road speeds the difference in handling characteristics is trifling.

Searching for a 2012 Focus they start just under £3000, is your car really worth an extra £2000?
Part service history to me says move on. Its just not worth what your asking.

For £500 less you can get one from a dealer with a warranty with a full Ford service history and paperwork/receipts,
    slightly more miles but neglible.

The OP is selling the Focus.  What is the OP doing for a car after that?
If buying a new car from a dealer, get a trade in price and, if the OP cannot beat that with the private sale, take the trade in.

but does have a warranty with some come back if it goes wrong.
The wheels would put me off, I have a 16 plate focus titanium with 16inch wheels on, the ride is great, i can only imagine how harsh it is with 18inch wheels.
you could MOT it and drop the price that would help
