How to report someone breaching travel quarantine

Hi all,
Really sorry if this seems like a mean post, I am not a horrible person.
I lost a family member to Covid so to see people breaking the rules and possibly spreading the virus to other loved ones that could have a fatal effect breaks my heart.
We have a neighbour that returned with her husband and 13 year old daughter and 9 year old son from holiday in Spain on Friday and she keeps breaking the rules. She has had several visitors over drinking, her daughter is spending most of the day outside playing with other children and she goes out to different shops at least 4 times a day. I thought it was a strict 14 day lockdown. She is a very aggressive neighbour so not approachable and she has been breaking the rules since March as well.
I would like to report as I have had enough now. It’s been tough for everyone to stay indoors and completely change your life but we have all done it to protect everyone.
Its horrible to think she could unknowingly have the virus and be spreading it to vulnerable loved ones.
I live in Worcestershire and have looked online but can’t find out where to report it.
Thank you

Most police forces have an online form to report people breaching covid rules.Have a look there."goes out to different shops at least 4 times a day"...How does she find the time?

Thank you pollycat. She sometimes goes to more shops than 4. She is a stay at home mom and obviously loves to shop.0

Just found this link:

Hope that helps.2 -
my neighbour just got back from Spain (I know he went there because I found his boarding passes on my printer! - must have sent them to the wrong printer rather than his own). He arrived back on Sunday and went out to work yesterday!

Thank you everyone. I am one of the very lucky people who gets to work from home during this pandemic and it’s driving me nuts watching her go out all the time and her husband go out to work and kids playing outside. We have followed the rules and our kids have been stuck inside. I am going to report her now. I feel really guilty as I am not the type of person to snitch but she ‘could’ have the virus and is potentially spreading it.

Don't feel guilty -- it's them that are breaking the rules which in turn is making you and your family that are following the rules suffer.
Feel angry and get that report in1 -
I dobbed in a neighbour and friend who did similar via a form on the Police website. Never knew what happened but I did not see them breaking rule after that. I did not feel guilty at all, in fact I was pleased with myself. It was nice to be able to do something rather than just winge about all these rule breakers.......0

If you are going to report this, I would provide the evidence that they were in Spain, otherwise there is nothing to stop her claiming to have been in say, France and exempt from the isolation rules.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Let her transmit the virus to her own family if she must.
Hopefully a case of Darwins Law.
Don't feel guilty about reporting it though.1 -
All well and good but she transmits to her family who then transmit to the wider population and before we know it we have another lockdown....blindman said:
