  • PDL make their own credit score about you using Experian and other sources. When the PDL says your credit score was high or low it is BU--shi-. These are delaying tactics used by PDL. Read Debt Camel posts for more information regarding credit scores.
  • According to what it says... I've had 2 payday loans in years.

Hi Bruster, The loans drop off your credit report at the PDL request. I think a lot more will vanish as this is good evidence for the FOS, Bank Statements are good evidence for the FOS also and the PDL can not touch these.
  • just sifted through5 years worth of statements that luckily Lloyds allows direct export downloads.

After around 2 days work collating, i am extremely shocked to say that the running totals are horrendous to say the least.

If all that dosh was put into another direction, I would be debt free a long time ago.

Now i do not need to wait for a statement, especially pduk, so a letter being drafted similar to qq one hopefully today to send off

Its well worth the effort going through Bank Statements and collating your evidence, at some stage if you need the FOS they will ask for any evidence you have to support your complaint, Bank Statements are all the FOS need really. Its there in black and white how you were Ripped off and stuck in the PDL cycle.

I've done the same. And very embarrassed to say the least.
