If you are saying it just became so confusing to calculate outgoings due to the sheer number of loans...then I would still escalate to the FOS

    Hi,

No one is looking to trip you up here, just explain things in a correct and concise manner, you will need to make separate claims to the FOS for each lender, so the sooner you get started the better, as there will be a waiting period.

I am definitely not saying to mislead or lie. It is just that you seemed confused from your previous post.

    Hi,

I was just wondering for the people that have been successful in reclaiming money back from the pay day loan companies did yous have outstanding loans still to pay while trying to reclaim? I currently owe £444 on a wonga and £150 on my jar and just wanted to know do you still have to make the monthly payment at the end of the month while waiting on them getting back to you. Are you best sending a letter or email? Thanks!

Yes, I have been claiming for multiple PDLs whilst all have outstanding balances, and some even have been passed to third party collection agents. In some cases, the refund of interest/charges has been enough to wipe the outstanding balance or at least drastically reduce it, with any surplus being paid out to me.
