How long did you have to wait from sending the further information?Debt Free Wannabe
Current Debt as of Feb 2018 - 6,261.06 :mad:0 -
I sent my first email 10 days ago...they responded pretty instantly for more details to which I responded saying no I wouldn't send it. And then yesterday I followed up with an email asking for updates on where my statement was and they responded with it within the hour...so chase after a week!0

Safetynet Credit
I have been reading these posts for a while and really inspired me to do something. I have a number of payday lenders and have complained to them all now.
However, just wondered if anyone getting success with safetynet credit. I notified them in December I was struggling and they allowed me to start payment plan of £100 per month (balance £1120.00, although credit limit was £820.00. Started at £400 and was increased every month.) Then I found these posts and decided to start complaining, they responded quickly saying that they would look into it and would not take any further payments on the account until complaint investigated. They have now come back stating they are not upholding my complaint. Apparently I had in excess of £900 disposable income each month etc etc. However the most interesting comments in their response were 'Whilst we did see evidence of repayments to payday loan companies and other credit providers, these payments appeared manageable against your monthly income.' and 'substantial income from various other sources' these various sources are payday loans!!. They then go on to say that if I am having financial difficulty they will accept a reduced payment plan to help me pay of the balance.
I wrote back picking them up on the fact that if they knew I had other payday loans they should not have increased my balance.... thanked them for confirming that they classed payday loans as substantial income from various other sources and questioned why, if they genuinely believe I have so much disposable income, they feel I would be struggling paying the balance. I offered £50 per month and asked them to cease having access to my bank but not heard back and they havent confirmed my offer of a payment plan. I have put the complaint to the FOS.
I am not sure whether I should keep on at them about settling up a payment plan or leave it and see what happens. I am worried that they may just take the full amount outstanding at any time.0 -

What is the issue with QQ? I got mine from them, but I had 38 separate emails all with their own documents attached, one for each loan or rollover. I thought they were easy enough to understand assuming you had them in the right order? I made a spreadsheet and detailed dates and amounts paid/received on there so they were in the right order and it made it easier to read.£2 savers club #54 Current total - £86
