I don't see why you couldn't put in a second complaint or tell you'd like them to consider all your loans.. probably best to ask on the Debt Camel site, I've seen there's issues with loans over 6 years old with Wonga thoughJust trying to make up for past mistakes and work towards the future I want :hello:0

Have been reading this thread with particular interest over the last few months......so here goes....
Submitted 5 claims into Mr Lender (1 Loan), Quick Quid (5), Pay Day UK (4), Pay Day Express (3), MyJar (8) on 10th December 2017 relating to loans taken out in 2012 and the early part of 2013.
Mr Lender (£200 received back) settled all interest within 2 days of lodging a complaint
Quick Quid (£4.5k) came back within 6 weeks of lodging initial complaint and offered 2k, interest/charges totalled 5.5k, went to Ombudsman, who ordered QQ to pay back 4.5k (upheld 3 out of 5 loans - 2 they did not were quite small relative to salary so understandable)
PayDay UK/Pay Day Express - rejected my complaint within 6 weeks of receiving it. Took to Ombudsman who ordered them to pay all interest/charges totalling about 1.5k (7 loans all upheld)
My Jar - Took 7.5 weeks to uphold 2 loans, went to ombudsman, who ordered them to reimburse on 5 of the 7 loans taken - couple they didnt were quite small
Interest/charges/Statutory interest - best case scenario was 8.5k back if all loans had been upheld, will receive 7k back. If had accepted initial offers from PayDayLoan companies as a collective group would have got back just over 2.7k.0 -
I finally got my SOA from PayDayUK. I will be honest, I am very much struggling to understand it. The loans make sense until there is a deferral, then its difficult to know what Im actually reading in regards to what was paid. Anybody else had that issue?£2 savers club #54 Current total - £86

Hello guys, so after my husband informed me of his recent debt that he hasn!!!8217;t previously told me about. He has had 15 pay day loans with quick quid between 2012-2014 then a final one in 2016z One currently is outstanding and defaulted, the one from 2016.)
2 other payday loans from elevant? And one from Sunny which is also defaulted and still outstanding.
Can you still claim the interest on the two above, even though he didn!!!8217;t take out lots of themx because he went from one company to another and back again.
Anyone had success with getting their money back from them for interest/unaffordability?
His quickquid account has only got details of the most recent loan which had interest of £350 on. I suggested looking back on his bank statements to find out the amounts of the others and how much he paid back so we can lodge a complaint. Is email or letter better?

Hi everyone ,
I’m after some help and advise .
I fell into the payday loan trap years ago and now I’m still paying some of these off . Many have been sold on to other companies but I’d like to see if I can claim anything back . I rolled one onto the other and used many different companies . I must have had 7/8 at a time and must have spent thousands paying them back .
Problem I have is I don’t have details of them all as all - I just know the names of the companies I used . Can I still claim ???
What letter do I send ???
Any advice would be amazing .0 -
Have a read of some of the stories on this thread i know its long but you can see what other people have experienced. Also the debt camel website has a lot of info and templates on there - Tailor it and use the bits that you feel are relevant to your situation.

And today I sent the last of my 3 complaints off. So now I sit back and wait... Im not holding my breath but peoples victories in here and on DC have given me hope. Getting some back to pay off a chunk of my credit cards would be nice! I paid about 8-9k in interest. I know not all of these may be "unaffordable" so paying off a chunk of my 7.7k credit card balance. At this point Id be happy settling just one of them (one is just over 4k, the other 3 and a half) and would set me up nicely to finish the year debt free! Fingers, toes and anything else crossed!
Edit to add they have just responded within 4 hours. The other 2 took a day or 2. I have heard horror stories of how slow these guys are though so Im not going to use that as an indicator going forward.£2 savers club #54 Current total - £86

Hey guys has anyone had success with claiming back the interest from a company that they only had a few loans with?
My husbands sunny loan Is now with SLL capital with a total interest of £600 added. He had one previous one in 2015 with them for £700 and paid £660 interest on that one. The current one is outstanding, from November 2016 and we have only just received a default for it-bizzare.
Anyway, IVe sent a complaint off as a month before he applied for the one outstanding he had a default registered by Wonga following months of no payment, and if they had performed a credit check they would have seen he!!!8217;s had 20+ loans from pay day companies In the past. so they clearly shouldnt have lent anything to him. I think they will clear the interest off the current one. But wondering if there is any chance they might refund interest off the first loan and then we can pay the difference left. Or if they will then demand £950 which is the actual amount owed.
It!!!8217;s annoying that he went to another company it makes it harder to reclaim charges! His initial loans started at100/200 ish but by the time he moved onto this company they got bigger and bigger. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Letter today from FOS regarding my last complaint with QuickQuid.
The adjudicator has found in my favour on the loans within the 6 year period, not outside the 6 years but I agreed and said fine.
So they have been suggested to pay back all the fees and interest plus 8% simple interest.
My last one and I’m thrilled that all 3 will have (hopefully) had to pay everything back.
I made huge errors in judgement doing these at 18 and have made things harder but I’m catching up and this finally is great news for me.Debt Free Journey

So I paid the £1 PayDay Uk asked for to get my list. That was approx 3 weeks ago. Over the weekend I had £1 deposited into my bank account from "INSTANT CASH LOANS" - no other information. Has anyone that paid PDUK had their £1 back? There is only them that I can think of that would have put £1 in my account with an ID like that, but Im slightly concerned by it.£2 savers club #54 Current total - £86
