Thank you for all of your advice, have just dropped FOS an email.0

Great to see so many taking up the challenge of trying to reclaim charges and interest levied by these companies. Obviously varying degrees of success but if you don't try you most certainly wont get!
To provide a general update on where I am with my 19 individual complaints... I complained even to those lenders with whom I only had one loan with and had a bit of success there too so worth a try. I will say though that if I only had one or two loans with a particular lender and they reject the complaint I don't advance it to FOS as I genuinely don't think they are "winnable".
Anyway:
4 Complaints settled without going to the FOS
4 Complaints dropped after rejection fro the lender
5 Complaints now being investigate by the FOS
6 Complaints awaiting a final response
The 4 complaints settled have resulted in a debt write off, a default removed and compensation all totaling around £1800.
Keep going folks, it takes time but even with the success 've had I'm happy, getting the one remaining debt written off and the default removed was a big win for me.
Always hope to get a bit more but I'll not cry if I don't.0 -
As you said cashburner it takes time to get the result, good or bad. However it doesn't take a great deal of effort!0

My complaint for QQ was rejected with £200 offer, took to FOS and soon received another offer of just over £1900, which i declined. Has there been any experience of the lender making an offer again through FOS then adjudicator not upholding complaint? Worried now after all my statements have gone in that they will reject it!0

Hi Sadie.
As far as I know the worst that could happen is that the FOS say that their offer is fair and would advise you accept it. I don't think they would suggest that it should be withdrawn.
Check out the Debt Camel website - that is very helpful too.0 -

I have had a good look on Debt Camel but couldn't see any similar scenarios, I did write to Sara but didn't get a response (which is understandable, the comments are so busy!)
I'm definitely in for the long haul, only just had an adjudicator (3rd one that's been assigned) start looking into my statements ect after sending it in 1st October, but like I mentioned previously I'm not going to push my Adjudicator sounds like they have enough on their plates!0 -

I would think the worst would be an advisement that what has been offered is fair & reasonable.
I certainly haven't heard of the FOS telling a lender to withdraw an offer.
That isn't to say a lender couldn't withdraw an offer themselves prior to an adjudication?0 -

This is my thoughts, when adjudicator made me aware of offer she said it could be withdrawn by QQ at any point. I just didn't think £1900 was fair considering they had about £4k out of me over 5 years in interest!0 -

Your call I guess. Depends entirely on your situation which only you know about and your desire to "take it all the way".
Many will say to take it all the way but it's up to you.
Fwiw I don't think they would withdraw the offer but of course don't quote me on that.
Do what's right for you!0 -
