    Hi all
    Quiet here. My complaint against Express was upheld but no reply- awaiting Ombudsman.
    Money Shop is with the adjudicator- he's requested extra statements from Barclays and is just awaiting them.

    I'm still waiting on Express aswell, adjudicator upheld roughly half the loans but as expected, express haven't bothered replying. What they have done though is conducted a credit search last month without my permission, has this happened to anyone else? Looks like another complaint will be on its way!

    Payday UK and Express are performing credit searches on every one who complains, Sarah from DebtCamel has advised you complain and tell the FOS.:cool:

    Just started this process after seeing something on Facebook this morning, fingers crossed!

    Quick Quid Update


    Complained via email. (May 27th 2016)

    Final Response received. (August 7th 2016)
    Offered £512 as good will gesture - Rejected

    FOS complaint sent. (August 14th 2016)
    Offered £2264 by adjudicator to settle before she investigated - Rejected

    FOS Adjudicator Decision. (September 17th 2016)
    Upheld my complaint on all loans

    FOS received offer on 17th Septemeber ; £6100 to settle

    Waiting to here directly from QQ now reference transfer of money.
