Hi leighavfc
You will soon be changing the debt total downwards:T:cool:0 -
Hi all.
My adjudicator has just upheld two of the three loans I had from Lending Stream. These were lent at roughly the same time and I was paying them both off at once. Ironically though I repaid more in interest and charges on the first loan than the second two combined. So the redress figure will only be about £200 plus 8% interest but it's another small victory in the bag.

Still waiting on my Wonga payment... I've become quite impatient all of a sudden!0

Same here with my PDUK complaint, no news regarding an Ombudsman, into week 6 waiting for an Ombudsman after my Adjudicator gave up on PDUK responding to her finding in my favour.:(:cool:0

I was going to ask if you had any experience of companies not providing information to the FOS. How long do they leave it before it goes to an ombudsman?
I have sent complaints in regarding PDUK and Payday Express and they have advised that an adjudicator will begin to investigate once the business sends in the files - will they leave it say a month before someone starts to look at it based purely on the information you have provided?0 -
The Adjudicator will give the PDL every chance to respond, however after approx 5 weeks my Adjudicator gave up and had to pass it on to an Ombudsman. PDUK never respond, time wasting PDL, report to the FCA.:cool:0
