Well done to both of you.

My QQ case is going to the ombudsman, just waiting to be assigned one after QQ rejected my adjudicator's findings.

Wonga, Payday Express and Payday UK are waiting to be assigned to an adjudicator.

So I have a way to go yet but hopefully I can report some more good news in the coming weeks.

You will get there in the end Adamsssss, PDUK seem to be the worst for dragging the process on, I think the FCA should take action against PDUK and QQ or do they have no power to stop the blatant delaying tactics of these two PDL.
I just want my PDUK complaint settled and then I can forget about these awful companies, however I will still continue posting to help others who are still involved in the process.:cool:

Reading the posts on this forum restores my faith in humanity, people can help and change a persons life by giving some advice. I work with refugees and homeless people and I feel that people who care about others misfortune are still out there willing to help and support people through difficult times, well done to all who post and offer good advice on this forum.

Received a reply in the post yesterday from Satsuma (Provident) rejecting my claim. All very generic and didn't offer any kind of response beyond that I'd passed their checks.

They also flat out rejected my claim to wipe the interest from the loan. Satsuma are a bit different from other lenders as they charge interest from the outset. What this has meant is that whilst other lenders froze interest as soon as I informed them I was on a DMP, Satsuma had nothing to freeze as it was already pre-calculated and added to the principal.

I'm therefore left with the full amount of principal + interest left to pay despite being on a DMP.

Suffice to say, I'll be submitting this straight to the FOS.

Just a quick update:

CFO complaint went to Ombudsman after adjudicator. Result : partially upheld. Hoping to have around £1000 back.

Quickquid still messing about. I have had offers of £150, then £3441, then £4409 and the latest is £5694. The adjudicator has fully upheld my complaint and I have refused all of the above offers. It is now in the queue for an Ombudsman review.

Adjudicator has looked at Lending Stream case and partially upheld (11 out of 18 loans) - however slightly disappointed as the ones missed out are all of the 'bigger' loans, may ask for this one to go further.

Payday Express and Payday UK both with adjudicator who is hoping to send me their findings this week.

It is a long process but will hopefully be worthwhile

Wow it sounds like you could be getting a good amount back from QQ. Mine is currently in the ombudsman queue waiting to be assigned after QQ disagreed with my adjudicator. It was put through to the queue on 6th September.

Had a call from the adjudicator looking jointly at my Lending Stream and Peachy complaints. She requested copies of statements from a different current account I had at the time as there were transfers to and from different accounts - mainly to stop the PDLs taking money out left, right and centre! She said I will hear from her next week. Only had one loan from Peachy and 3 from Lending Stream but the final two Lending Stream ones were lent together so hopefully I can get a bit back from them.

adjucator has upheld my complaint against lending stream so just waiting for Ls response but he is clear that i have a very good case awaiting few more now hope this will be sorted out by next month as money would be handy
