She offerd in her last email to move it on up to FOS.

I replied with yes please...i did get a bit snotty with my reply in saying if you think that MyJar credit checked me then the three CCJ"s i recieved and none were satisfied until recently...the Mortgage in arrears nearly every month for 4 years and the the severe arrears on my catolgue account,all of which youve stated never happend despite me sending you credit report as evidence.

Its my opinion youve taken Myjar word for the events and failed in doing your job.:mad:

I know thats kind of rude..however as stated if she read the report she would have seen the 79 wonga loans (she refers to these as several...several...!!!!!! lol) the arrears and she still had the nerve to say a loan every two weeks is perfectly acceptable.:eek:

She signs off by saying MyJar lend money to people with poor credit history...so whats my complaint about.:rotfl:

Well hopefully the Ombudsman will have a little more common sense. I hope things work out for you in the end.

I've just sent my first complaint to the FOS following a final response from Different Money - sent copies of all the correspondence to date + bank statements covering the loan periods in question.

Looking back at my bank statements from last year, there's no way that they checked them properly as they claimed to have done.

Hi Folks, QQ have paid out after waiting 5 weeks after the FOS decision. QQ have had to pay me £500 extra for Pi--ing me around. This company are hopeless at dealing with complaints, thankfully it has cost QQ an extra £500. Started the process in Jan 2016, it has been worth the hassle so do not give up folks. Waiting on an Ombudsman for PDUK who are even worse than QQ, they have ignored my Adjudicator throughout this long process, will report once a decision has been reached by the FOS Ombudsman.
