I would like to thank Woody53 who set this ball rolling, a round of applause to you woody53.

I would also like to echo Delete33 and thank Woody53 for starting this post, without i would never have even thought about complaining, but now i've had just under 2 grand knocked off my DMP and will now be debt free in 10 months time

I would also like to tank Delete 33 and Sourcrates for all there advise over the last 6 months, it's been invaluable. If anyone is debating on whether to start this process, i would say have no hesitation, yes responses and payouts have slowed down recently, but that's because they are so overwhelmed by the amount of complaints they have received, but don't let that put you off, and couple of hours work, and 6 months later, and i'm £2k better off !:money:

I left a review on Trust Pilot about Wonga.

Within 24 hours get a reply telling me to email them with the subject 'Trust Pilot'... Yet they cant reply to any of the emails I have sent them over the last few weeks asking for an update? Ha! On week 11 now, went in with the FOS at week 8 so just depends who comes back to me first.

It is all proof against these Predators that they are deliberate in their intentions to make complaining as difficult as possible. As I keep saying, once your complaint is dealt with report your findings to the FCA.
  • Anyone else check their emails hourly incase of a reply or is that just me? Haha

I think we are all checking constantly debtfree, that is why if you get a good result it is very emotional at the time. This process takes a lot of patience and does effect your life, I do not think the Predators realise what effect their delaying tactics have on the public.

All the information your passing to this claims company, you could just as easily of passed directly to the lender yourself, you will lose approx. 30% of anything you get back in fees.

I appreciate your position, but doing this yourself is no harder than getting a claims company to do it for you, your basically wasting money, and the FOS strongly advise against using any 3rd party company.

Hell I will do it for you myself for free if it helps you out, please see if you can cancel this agreement you have made before they leave you high and dry.
Thank you Sourcrates, I totally understand where you are coming from and I realise now how I may have knee-jerked into appointing MMS. Unfortunately it's done now, there's nothing that can be done about it, and (in my ever optomistic world) I need to look at it in this way....without appointing the company I would recieve nothing as I wouldn't be able do this myself, I simply don't have the time. Their 25% cut is a tiny pill to swallow as it's money that would never have been mine in the first place.

After finding this thread I do regret appointing a company but there's no going back now so I just have to accept that.

Well well well. It seems quick quid have now disabled their complaints email address, all email complaints are just bouncing. Is this a simple error, or just another page in their saga of trying to manipulate complaints figures before they report them to the FCA?

If any one is attempting a complaint, I would recommend the support @ quick quid . co . uk for the time being, and a title of formal complaint.
