Hi MARKOS72, its a long process , but I have been patient. Hope PDUK agree with my adjudicator or that will be another 8 to 12 weeks for an ombudsman to look at my complaint. I was not expecting anything so I am in the same position, however I have the prospect of at least one payment at the moment. QQ have sent a business file to my adjudicator and she will decide the outcome this week. Thanks for your support, hope your complaint/complaints are resolved soon.:cool:

Hi fusionx212, I know a few people who were turned down by MyJar, they replied with a I am not happy with this and I am going to the FOS, and add anything you have not mentioned before. People have then had an offer from My Jar, so worth replying to them, they do not like FOS involvement so will try and compromise:cool:.

As posted a few days ago it's in the hands of the Ombudsman and my adjudicator reckons it could be 4-8 weeks or thereabouts,and thinks the Ombudsman will agree with his decision.Then just a case of waiting on QQ paying out.
Don't have any exact figures to hand and my calculations may be way off but I worked it out to just over 2 grand.

Spot on MARKOS. My adjudicator has made a point of telling PDUK that if they disagree the Ombudsman is most likely to agree with her as PDUK have ignored her and just delayed the process. I hope PDUK disagree and ask for an ombudsman like your case as the Ombudsman usually agrees with the adjudicator and awards up to £150 for distress caused by taking the P-SS and delaying the outcome.:cool:

Love Whitby MARKOS72, I am off to Ovacik in Turkey July 4th, go to visit this stunning area every year. I will sneak a week all inclusive somewhere if I get some redress, the OH will be over the moon if this happens.:cool:
