Ombudsman are snowed under, decisions approx 8 to 12 weeks, this is why the Predators are still delaying in defeat. All these cases should be reported to the FCA, customer complaints service is none existent. These Predators are fine when offering money and fast, once you complain you should expect to wait between 3 and 6 months, it the words of Mr Ramsey PDL Shut it Down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1:- Nobody here complained when seeking these loans.
2:- Where else could you turn at the time?

The whole payday arena has changed and all Companies trading in the UK are under scrutiny and are also doing things right, Yes they were lapse in the past but just screaming it was not my fault I took a loan out is stupid, The lenders did not force these upon you and redress where due is right, I know of lot's of cases whereby people are complaining but lied when applying for a loan and get nothing as deserved.

This whole mentality of blame is ludicrous and certain people are vindictive to say the least, If you are complaining for a valid reason then fair enough but you cannot expect results in your favour if you lied.

Steve you're points are that not all the blame lies on the Lender.

which is true to say somewhat, but you have to also give that the whole PDL industry was setup to increase re-curring revenues.

these companies knew full well when giving the loans out that they were making things excessively worse. they lied and threatened a very vulnerable niche of the debt mark.

Some people do not have amazing credit scores and pdl's are designed to be a short term answer, which turned into a long term nightmare.

vindictive is a strong word, justice seems more suitable.

Cheers Fusion for posting, I have never lied to any loan provider and paid in full every time. The people who are lying are the PDL, withholding correct information about customer loans, lying about timescales, lying to the FOS adjudicators, lying on their adverts, it goes on and on. Shut it Down!!!!

Delete is there 8-12 week wait the time it takes for decsion to be made by adj' or from when its passed on to the ombudsmen?

You may get it resolved quicker Debtfree, there are only 200 ombudsmen and woman, coz of this forum and others they to are snowed under. Of course if its QQ or PDUK you have a great chance as these two predators do not try to defend their irresponsible actions most of the time, dragging things out as long as they can get away with it. It just means you get more interest added to your redress and compensation for being ignored.
